By Alicia Noemí Farinati

Sumary

The main features of democracies allow us to notice a profound change from the policies of previous centuries, which are the result of the second half of the twentieth century. The jungle in relations has now moved to the division between state and market. In this context, the author tries to reflect on the importance of passion in the government leaders of democracies from the contribution of G. W. F Hegel in this regard.
