Sumary

Although Marx didn't develop a methodical line of work on criminality and criminal policies, the author points out his excepctional understanding of the links between crime and social order. Many of this intuitons set the path for further developments in criminology, such as the Critical Criminology movement, born during the 60's in central countries, and later expanded to the rest of the world.
