Sumary
The first part of this investigation was published in the Electronic Review, Year 1 - Nº 2, 2008. In this work, we approach, with the same methodology, to the testamentary subjects (testators, legatees, heirs and executors) pointing out, in lathe of them, the survival of the tradition and the impact of the Nineteenth century renovation. The notarial protocols constituted the direct or primary source where we water, and the results obtained are exposed in a cuali-quantitative way in the numeric squares inserted in the text. |
