Sumary
In this work, we will approach one of the celebrated questions of the General Part of the Private International Law, the fraud to the law.
For it, we will analyze the System of Argentinean Private International Law, in particular, the pertinent norms of the Civil Code, by the light of the national and foreign prestigious doctrine, and of the jurisprudence.
Finally, I will expose my reflections about so interesting question. |
