» PARADOXICAL LEGALITY, POLYPHONY AND TALMUDIC OPENING OF THE LAW FOR A POLICY OF LEGAL READ
By Marina Gorali

Sumary

This work intends to show how philosophies of alterity may make up a tool for re-meaning law, that is, a tool removing law from that old claim of closure, wholeness and univocity. This challenge means, above all, assuming the exilic nature of law –a law being no longer closing, certainty and continuance but opening, wandering and movement.

Key words

Alterity - Polyphony - Legal interpretation - Meaning - Wandering
