» THE JUDICIAL REVIEW OF THE SOCIAL HUMAN RIGHTS

Sumary

The right to a dignified life is proclaimed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and by the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. This condition must be assured by the States and by the international cooperation. The most of the western countries constitutions restate the social rights included in these international treaties. These rights are promoted by the Government especially with the public policies. The public policies judicial review is a mechanism of human rights protection. The issue will be developed stressing the Brazilian law and doctrine.
