Local researchers from other national universities in the country will not have to pay these administrative expenses.

Admitted visiting researchers who come from Institutions that have a current Academic Cooperation Agreement with the Law School/University of Buenos Aires that explicitly includes the sending and receiving of researchers are exempt from paying administrative expenses; provided that they have not exceeded the number of researchers agreed for the period, that they have complied with the reciprocity conditions established in the Agreement, and that they have the institutional endorsement of the University of origin.

It is possible to apply for scholarships of up to 50% of the administrative fee. The formal request must be sent to the Research Office (investigacion@derecho.uba.ar), attaching the necessary supporting documentation. It is at the discretion of the Research Office to approve or not the request, as well as the percentage of scholarship awarded.

Option A: Payment in cash

The payment must be made at the Treasury of the Faculty of Law of the UBA, Main Floor of the Faculty of Law located in 2263, Figueroa Alcorta Avenue, CABA. The Treasury department opens from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7.30 pm.

Either cash (argentinian pesos or USD dollars) or Debit Card (Visa Electron) or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) is accepted.

A copy of the payment form must be submitted when paying. You must indicate that the payment corresponds to concept code N°1015, office 3-218, in order to identify the payment.

The exchange rate of the day of the transaction must be considered for the conversion, as published by the Banco de la Nación Argentina.
