Abstract
It will be search, in the light of Section 41 of the Constitution of Argentine Republic, the hierarchical relationship between the Mining Code, the General Environmental Act Nº 25675 and the other Environmental Base-lines Protection Acts emerging from section 41 of the Constitution. The search will be done with respect of the Mining Code in general, but respect of the "Complementary Title" added to the Code by Act Nº 24585, now included in the Code as Book II, Title XIII, Sctions 246 to 268 inclusive.
