The payment must be made by bank transfer. A copy of the payment form must be submitted and indicate that the payment corresponds to code nº682, in order to identify the payment. The copy of the payment form does not imply registration. See step 2!

The payment should be made previously to filling the form, as it is should be attached to the bank transfer slip.
