About us
OLC was created in March 2021, under Res. (D) N°. 7616/21 of the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires
This initiative arises as an answer to the problem caused by the lack of confidence of citizens in the judicial system and by the difficulty that involves the understanding of legal language.
We consider that the School has an undisputed formative role in the language of law parties and is the proper and natural field for investigation, academic debate, development of new abilities, formulation of interdisciplinary studies and useful reports to generate proposals tending to foster the implementation of plain language in all the fields of legal proceedings in our country.
